I will be doing my photographer oral presentation on Arthur "Weegee" Fellig, a famous photographer and photojournalist from the thirties to the sixties. I chose Weegee because of his influential style, experimenting with zany distortions that contrasted with his street photography, black and white photographs that are akin to a documentary of urban life during his time. Weegee's tendency to follow emergency services to crime scenes also helped pave the way for the future of forensic photography.
